He is very patient and forthcoming about explaining options and choices in dental care, including costs, efficiency and ratios of success for different procedures.

Dental cleaning at SL Dental was excellent. Technician was very experienced and knowledgeable, and the work was sensitively performed. She provided practical and helpful information on dental health care and daily cleaning protocols. Administrative staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

I had an outstanding experience at SL Dental Centre from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which really adds to the overall experience.

The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire procedure. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care shown. You can tell they prioritize patient comfort and high-quality service.

I had four implants placed in 2024 at SL Dental Centre and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received.
Since then I’ve had implant cleanings and every visit has been very positive experience.
The staff are always so helpful, friendly and professional.
I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend SL Dental Service .

Nothing to be scared of here!!! From appointment making, to benefits or no coverage, the support team is amazing and makes your trip to the chair relaxing and pain free!! Dr. Dentist is very good at explaining what you need and why, showing you on xray, 3D photo and model. He is super nice and a great sense of humour. The whole process was enjoyable start to finish. So thankful for the experience and we will definitely return.

Broke a back molar due to bruxism and needed an X-ray, however the process made me gag and choke. The Staff suggested using a bit of salt on my tongue which did the trick. The staff and Doctors are knowledgeable and work hard to help the patients, I’ve never had a bad experience. Even when dealing with Veteran affairs for coverage.

Warm personal welcoming with Jamie and Kelly. Efficient loyal staff. Dr. Lee presented as professional, focused, clear, and with thorough communication. Great reputation and superbly experienced. High technology CTS Scan for 2 implants explained completely. Very reasonable pricing. Fabulous modern facility on the tenth floor in the Mission Centre with an unmatched view. A comfortable and reassuring atmosphere. Coffee/beverage station was a nice touch!

I love going to s and l.Dental. the staff are very good at what they do. I got a teeth cleaning this time.Believe me it's a challenge. Thanks to the dental hygienist.Oh, my godI forgot her name. I constantly get compliments, when people see my front teeth that were done by doctor lee.

I came in for a dental cleaning today, and the hygienist was extremely thorough and very friendly. I told her that my teeth are very sensitive, and she handled everything very gently. In addition to the regular cleaning, she carefully scaled each tooth, paid attention to all the details, and then did the polishing. Everything was cleaned very well, and she even gave me some small gifts, which I really appreciated.

Later, Dr. did the examination, and he was also very meticulous. They now use some AI-assisted diagnostic tools, which make the assessments more accurate, and they created a treatment plan for me going forward.

Overall, the whole experience was excellent. Their service and management were very professional and well-organized.

Staff is amazing.
From the moment you walk into the office and are warmly greeted by KELLY, to Quinn who is a ray of sunshine. Always polite and happy and just a positive vibe. The service is without equal. They are always courteous and very helpful in navigating my insurance questions and concerns.
I totally recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Very very friendly staff most particularly Jamie, what a sweety.
Dr Lee was very confident about explaining to me what was needed to happen and how etc
Then I sat down with Jamie and went over costs etc. I assume those numbers were fair , but I will check others out.
But most likely come back because of
Jamie and her 😊

In rethinking this , my comments weren't posted so much at the business as the staff.

my review should simply read...
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the whole place came across as professional. Dr Lee was easy to understand. This was very different than most or all the dental offices I've been in.
No uneasiness on my part .
A lot because of a certain staff member,

I have a fear of dentists!, ever since I was young... but I must say =)from the first moment I stepped into SL Dental Centre in the Mission Professional Centre the receptionist Jackie was warm and friendly and than I was introduced to My personal helper and hygienist she was the best person to take away my fears and Dr. Lee was so Cool!!!! I can't say enough on how they were gentle and super awesome in informing me of my needs and explained everything the xrays to the actual procedures that Dr. Lee said that needs to be done, and I'm so happy that I found a dentist that actually cares about his patients from the start! And his assistant Jackie thank you for being A very informative lady and your care and effect will be lasting thanks a bunch I look forward to getting my dental work done now more than ever 😀

Excellent dental services office - nice location in Mission Professional building on 4th St. Great staff from reception (Kelley) to my implant consultant Hamie to Dr. Lee who was refreshingly honest!!!

Dr Lee and his team are very diligent with their customers needs and follow ups. Jamie and Kelly are 2 of the super stars in the office. They are very supportive with people who have anxiety with dental work.
I’m beyond thankful to them for helping me with my teeth problems.
Parking is provided and drinks are complementary at the office…. Super happy customer.

I was very impressed with Dr Lee He explained the work I needed done and I felt no pressure as I was shopping around at that point for a dentist I had confidence in for the extensive work I needed Once the procedure was completed Dr Lee and his team followed up with me daily to see how I was doing for which I was very grateful I would highly recommend this dentist and also a shout out to his wonderful assistants Jamie and Jackie who were so kind and supportive

I am having major work done here - jaw bone rebuild, extraction(s), gum grafts and an anchor for a tooth implant. I have a bit more to go (the actual tooth implant) but thus far I am most pleased, not only with the current results but with the education, procedures, professional care throughout and the 'above and beyond' the 'necessary' shown to me at every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr Lee and his staff!
